“Best Dealership to buy a Subaru” Recently, I decided it was time to upgrade to a vehicle better suited for year-round camping, including winter trips, and the occasional off-road adventure. My 2023 Civic Sport Touring hatchback, with less than 17,000 km, just wasn’t going to cut it. That’s when I discovered the Subaru Outback Wilderness—it checked all the boxes. I started comparing prices, visiting several dealerships within the GTA, and getting out-the-door quotes. My strategy was simple: I’d tell the first dealership that if they gave me a price no other dealership could beat by more than 1,000 (e.g., they only managed to undercut it by 800), I would return to them for a final negotiation. This ensured I started with a competitive price point. After visiting almost all the GTA Subaru dealerships, I had a decent price in hand. That’s when I decided to give Subaru of Niagara a call. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but I was blown away by the customer service, particularly from salesperson Brayden Roszl. He explained that Subaru of Niagara is associated with the Honda dealership across the street, which made valuing my trade-in super convenient. All I had to do was send him the VIN and a few photos of my car. Even better, he mentioned they had just received a green Outback Wilderness. Within a couple of hours, Brayden had given me an out-the-door price that was over 1,300 lower than my previous best offer. Out of fairness, I contacted the first dealership to see if they could match it, which they did—but then Brayden called back to say he’d accidentally included custom all-weather mats in the quote, which are actually standard on the Outback Wilderness. That reduced the price by another 200. When I told the other dealership, they simply couldn’t match it, admitting it was a great deal. Brayden had no idea about my behind-the-scenes negotiations—he was just genuinely working to get me the best price, and he succeeded. His commitment to customer service is exactly what you want in a car salesperson. I highly recommend him. My experience with the finance manager, Sean Hollowell, was equally positive. Unlike typical finance meetings where there’s a lot of hard selling, Sean was straightforward and logical, explaining everything thoroughly. I ended up adding a few extras, and the interest-free 12-month payment option made it even better. On delivery day, Brayden provided the most comprehensive explanation of a vehicle I’ve ever received. He walked me through everything in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, and I even filmed it for future reference. As a final surprise, just before I left, Brayden handed me a six-pack cooler filled with craft beers from General Manager Devin Kaulback, along with a Subaru Wilderness baseball cap that I had asked for during negotiations. This has, without a doubt, been the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, all starting with a simple phone call. If you're in the market for a Subaru, especially if you’re trading in a Honda, give Brayden Roszl at Subaru of Niagara a call. You won’t be disappointed! I would like to give credit where credit is due and praise this Subaru dealership. They quickly and efficiently helped me find a car that would fit my needs and my price point. Peter our salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant despite being very new to the business. We loved that he kept in contact with us throughout without being too pushy. Kyle did the financing and was also efficient and professional. This is how a car dealership does itself proud. Would recommend.

I just finished arranging for my third vehicle from this dealership (2 leases, 1 financed purchase), the last two of which were with Brayden in sales. I probably won't talk to anybody else if/when I need my next car. He took care of me every step of the way and went above and beyond for me in every instance. As it is impossible to give more than five stars, let’s just say that five stars isn’t enough for the service I just received from Subaru Niagara. The Forester I own had an issue that was diagnosed and repaired so promptly that I barely had time to get settled at home after my complimentary shuttle drive from the dealership before the driver had returned to pick me up again to collect my now completed repairs along with a complimentary car wash no less. Without going into too many details, this was completed under warranty quickly efficiently and effectively at no cost Kirk and other members of staff I came in contact with were pleasant efficient and explained my options very well I can honestly say I cannot remember having this level of customer service at any company I have dealt with let alone a car dealership. This is an honest review. I have no relation to anybody who works with the company and I cannot recommend Subaru Niagara highly enough well done guys and thank you very much.

This review is long overdue... We had the best experience in purchasing our new 24 Crosstrek Touring from Subaru of Niagara. Devin, Brayden, and Sandra helped make this a Surprise purchase for my Wife extra special. Fast forward a few months, after our first Service visit, Gary and the Service team were efficient, and took very good care us. We will be back for our next Sevice.
